Fisherman dies of cold

A fisherman named Atiar Sardar (52) died of cold-biting at Dubla fisherman village in the Bay of Bengal attached to the Eastern Division of Sundarbans in Bagerhat district on Jan 11 according to a delayed report received here.
Kamal Uddin Ahmed, President of Dubla Fishermen Group confirmed the news over mobile phone and told, deceased Atiar Sardar is the son of one Khalek Sardar of village Chila Gabbunia under Mongla Upazila in Bagerhat district. He added only 3 days ago a barber named Asim Sheel (35) suddenly died of cold biting at Dubla-Alorkol. Forester Md. Sadik Mahmud, Officer-in-charge of Alorkol temporary forest camp told, money lender (locally known as Mahajan).
of fisherman Atiar Sardar who died of cold-biting is Azad Rahman of Rupsa in Khulna City Corporation. The Forester added, preparation was already taken to send the body of the fisherman to his village home.
