Child electrocuted to death

A child named Tayiba Akter (4) died of electrocution in Bhukshimail Union of Kulaura Upazila of Moulvibazar recently. She is the daughter of Aptab Mia of Kandi village in Chila of that union.
According to the local people and the police, one of the cables of the electricity department broke and fell on the road. On Tuesday morning, while removing the wire in front of Aptab Mia’s house, Tayiba Akhtar died on the spot due to electrocution. On receiving the information, SI Amir Uddin of Kulaura police station visited the spot.
