Police officer’s son commits suicide in Fakirhat

Md. Yasin (20), a son of a police officer and a student of Class-X of Fakirhat Skina Azhar Technical Collegiate School committed suicide hanging himself with a beam of a rented house in the village Tikripara under Fakirhat Upazila in Bagerhat district recently. Deceased was the son of SI Shaikh Nasim Uddin is now posted as in-charge of Sonakhali Police outpost under Avoynagar PS in Jashohor (Jessore) district. Shaikh Nasim Uddin was previously served Fakirhat Model PS as SI for long. For that reason members of his family are now living in Fakirhat.
SI Kanak Mondol in-charge of Moubhog police outpost who made a spot investigation report told, Yasin committed suicide at the night of Saturday. But the reason behind the suicide is unknown till the writing of this report.
