Dr. Hero deserves to get post in AL

Dr. Mukhes Uz Zaman Hero, former Deputy Director of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital, deserves to get an important post in the ruling Awami League central committee, his political colleagues said.
“Dr. Hero is a devoted follower of the Prime Minister and AL President Sheikh Hasina. He used to work for the country since his student life,” said one of his political colleagues.
He said Dr. Mukhles Uz Zaman Hero was the President of Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Chhatra League and Dhaka district unit of Chhatra League.
Dr. Hero also served the student wing of the ruling Awami League as the central committee member.
He also was a presidium member of the Jubo League in its last committee.
“The 22ndd national council of the ruling AL will be held on December 24. The party President Sheikh Hasina is looking for new faces for the party’s different important posts. Dr. Hero preserves an important post considering his past contributions,” they said.
Contacted, Dr. Hero said that he had always given importance of doing politics in his whole life than earning money.
“I am a soldier of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman since my childhood till now. I am out and out a AL vevotee. Politics is in my blood always,” he said.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is my model. I want to stay besides her always and every situation,” Dr. Hero said.
Dr. Mukhles Uz Zaman Hero said, he is hopeful that the party President will award him with an important post as he desired to stay in active politics throughout his life.
“I want to serve my countrymen through political and social activities. I am optimistic to get a post in my party AL’s next central committee so that I can serve the people under the directions of Sheikh Hasina,” Dr. Hero said.
