‘Amader Muktir Gaan’ on Duronto TV on Victory Day

Duronto TV will telecast a special programme titled ‘Amader Muktir Gaan’ featuring veteran artiste of the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra, Shaheen Samad on the evening of the Victory Day (December 16), said a press release.
Ekushey Padak winner Shaheen Samad, who joined Bangladesh Mukti Sangrami Shilpi Sangstha during the war of independence, will discuss the contemporary activities of the cultural troupe and the impact on the mass people.
The noted artiste Shahina Samad in ‘Amader Muktir Gaan’ gets involved in a conversation with a group of friends visiting the Liberation War Museum. Aside from the songs and stories, she talks about the history of cultural troupe, discusses how they used to visit different refugee camps and inspire the Freedom Fighters with their songs and artistic performances.
‘Amader Muktir Gaan,’ directed by Afrina Bulbul, will be aired on Duronto TV at 7:30pm on December 16.
