Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) former counsellor Aleya Sarowar Daisy said I don’t know whether corruption happened or not during the recruitment of the Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (WASA).
After facing the interrogation by Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) she said it to the journalist on Tuesday.
“There was nothing related to the appointment from the position I was in,” said Daisy. I was a member of the WASA Board of Directors from a political background rather, I protested against the increase in Wasa water prices during my tenure.
