Awareness meet on fire prevention held

A meeting aimed at creating awareness on fire prevention and wildlife conservation was held in Lutiarchala village of Gazipur Sadar Upazila on Saturday. Bhawal Range Officer Kajol Talukder, Divisional Forest Officer of Dhaka Wildlife Management and Nature Conservation Department was present as the chief guest in the meeting chaired by Masud Rana.
Wildlife and Biodiversity Conservation Officer Rubia Islam, Gazipur Sadar Upazila Press Club Advisor Shahan Sahabuddin, Sadar Upazila Press Club General Secretary Md. Jasim Uddin and others.
The meeting was attended by hundreds of beneficiaries under Social Forestry of Bhawanipur, Baruipara, Bikebari and Rajendrapur West Bit under Bhawal range and people from various professions.
