Bhol fish weighing 28 kgs sold

A big sized Bhol, one kind of sea fish, weighing 28 kgs was was caught in the net of a fisherman of Dubla village situated in the Bay of Bengal, adjacent to Sundarbans in Bagerhat district sold at Tk.8.5 lakh on Thursday afternoon, according to a delayed reprt received here. The Bhol fish was caught from the deep Bay of Bengal on Wednesday (November 09) in the evening. It was disclosed to the newsmen of Sharankhola Upazila (in Bagerhat district) over mobile phone from Alorkol of Dubla Fisherman village by Mistasim Faraji, President of Rampal Fishermen’s Association on Friday in morning. According to the information, on Wednesday (Nov. 09) morning Sabur Shaikh, a fisherman of Dubla Fisherman village went to the sea to catch fish from there along other fishermen as usual and in the evening a big sized Bhol fish was caught in his fishing net.
