National Teacher’s Day observed in districts

The National Teacher’s Day was observed in Gafargaon Upazila under the theme “Transformation of the Education System by the Hands of the Teacher”.On the occasion a rally and discussion meeting was held on Thursday morning.
Teachers from different institutions of the upazila, BNCC participated in a rally from Gofargaon Government College and marched the main road of the municipality.
Earlier the convenor of the celebration committee and principal of Gafargaon Government College Kazi Faruq Ahmed, member secretary and academic supervisor Nasir Uddin, members Ferdous Alam, Golam Farooqui, Abdul Quader, Mahbub Alam, Aminul Islam, Rafiqul Islam and others spoke in the discussion meeting at Gafargaon Government College auditorium.
Madhukhali (Faridpur) Correspondent adds: A rally and discussion meeting was held on the National Teacher’s Day in Madhukhali, Faridpur on Thursday.
The rally started from Government Ainuddin College premises and passed through Madukhali rail gate on Dhaka-Khulna highway. After the rally at Government Ainuddin College, College Principal Prof. Nazmul Haque presided over the discussion meeting in the college auditorium. Teachers from various colleges, secondary schools, madrasas, technical education institutions participated.
