Dighi to appear as ‘Tammi’ in web fiction

Talented actress of present generation, Prarthana Fardin Dighi won the hearts of many viewers playing the role of Tuli in web film titled ‘Shesh Chithi.’ Dighi got huge appreciation playing the role Tuli in the web series. Basically this web film brought Dighi into limelight. This time Dighi acted in a self-titled role in the web fiction titled ‘Tammi.’
Dighi informed that shooting of the web fiction has already done. Mahiya Mahmuda has this web fiction where Dighi played the title role.
While talking about acting in the web fiction, Dighi told this correspondent, “For the first time, I acted in a title role in a web fiction. Struggling life of a woman is portrayed in the story of ‘Tammi.’ I tried to portray my character perfectly in the web fiction. Director also co-operated me in this regard. I hope viewers will enjoy the web fiction.”
Dighi also said that this web fiction will be available in a new app soon. Today is Dighi’s birthday. But she has no special plan to celebrate her birthday. When her birthday comes, Dighi remembers her mother (late film actress Doyel). Reminiscences with her mother come in front of Dighi’s eyes during her birthdays, according to the actress. For this reason, Dighi does not keep any arrangement for celebration of her birthday. But her father (noted film actor Subrata) and other members of her family try to make the day special for Dighi.
Meanwhile, Dighi is now regular in stage shows. She recently performed in ‘Channel i Music Awards.’ Dighi starrer biopic on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman titled ‘Mujib’ is waiting to get release date now. Therefore, she has also completed shooting of government granted movie titled ‘Srabon Joshnai,’ directed by Abdus Samad Khokon. In the meantime, Dighi has completed shooting of a new TV commercial directed by Rakib Ahmed where film actor Mumnun Emon performed opposite her. This TVC will go on air soon, Dighi also said.
It is noted that Delwar Jahan Jhantu directed ‘Tumi Achho Tumi Nai’ was Dighi’s debut movie in the silver screen.
