Memorial meet held in Tarash

A memorial meeting was held in memory of the late poet, writer, journalist, teacher Alhaj M Rahmat Ullah was held in front of Tarash Press Club on Saturday . Under the initiative of Poetry Club, the meeting was chaired by Syed Saidur Rahman Said Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Aziz MP was the Chief Guest . At this time, Chairman of the Upazila Parishad, Principal Moniruzzaman Moni, elder son of the late poet Alhaj M Rahmat Ullah, spoke in reminiscence, Former vice-principal of Tarash Degree College Alhaj Abdul Mannan, former headmaster Solaiman Hossain BA, brave freedom fighter Gazi SM Abdur Razzak, Gazi Saidur Rahman Saju, assistant professor Meherul Islam Badal, advocate Rafiqul Islam Batul, president of Tarash Press Club Sanatan Das and others. All upazila level writers, poets, writers and journalists participated in this event.
Later prayers and supplications are made for the soul of the deceased.
