The victims said Zamir Uddin threatened us with a woman named Shanu to file various cases. Later, by filing harassment cases in the police station and court, the land was seized by terrorist forces in the dark of night.
In this case, some corrupt officials of the administration are used.
Last month, the police arrested 5 people of Zamir Uddin gang from Khatibbari Mahbub Colony of Chandgaon Police Station, Chittagong, on the charge of encroaching on the land of an expatriate.
In the night, an organized group of 30 to 40 people led by Zamir took possession by breaking the gates and CCTV cameras of the colony, beating up the tenants including the caretaker and taking the caretaker of the land Naseema in a car after beating and physically abusing them at a secluded place at the head of Quaish and Oxygen Road. throw away Later the patrol police rescued him.
After this incident, when the matter came to the attention of the media and the CMP commissioner, when he ordered to take immediate action, a case was filed against 60 people in Chandgaon police station in connection with land grabbing. Police also arrested 5 people.
After the incident, Zamir Uddin, the main accused in the case, went on the run for a few days and tried to seize the land after getting bail from the High Court. An officer in charge of ACC Chittagong Region-1 said, We have the list of names of some land robbers including Zamir Uddin, we will take action against the land robbers.

Complaints to the local administration are not being addressed. Expatriates are more helpless and affected by the land grabber Zamir Uddin. By buying land with hard earned money, they are constantly being harassed.
Zamir Uddin and his associates took advantage of the opportunity to stay abroad for livelihood. Zamir Uddin Jinnurain did not stop with taking over the dairy farm, he took over a huge amount of hilly Khas land. Several cases are going on in court against this institution.
CMP Commissioner Krishna Pad Roy said that there is no opportunity for land robbery and land grabbing in Chittagong city, because the police took quick action in such incidents in Chandgao area in September, the land robbers did not get a chance to grab the land.
Jasimuddin Shah, a member of the Chittagong Development Authority, said, “I have received some complaints regarding the land grab, and I have instructed the concerned to look into the matter considering the victims.” Victims who have lost their property at the hands of Zamir Uddin have been going around Bhumi offices and courts for ages without getting any solution or justice.
They said that the administration urgently demanded to recover the land from Zamir Uddin and his gang and bring Zamir under the law.
When Zamir was called to inquire about this, his cell phone was off.
As a result, those who take away the rights of others, greedy, clever, powerful, land robbers will get the ownership of the land.
The dispossessed land owners who are victims of injustice are getting virtually no service from the administration.
However, there is hope that if this law “Whose paper belongs, whose land is his” is passed, the displaced helpless land owners will be saved from the hands of land robbers like Uddins of the land, the real owners of the land said.
