BD athletics team off to Kuwait

A three-member of Bangladesh national athletics team left Dhaka on Tuesday afternoon for Kuwait to take part in the 4th Asian Youth Athletics Championship scheduled to be held from October 13-16 in Kuwait City, the capital city of Kuwait. The three-member of athletics team included two athletes and one official. Athlete Mohammad Arif Billah will compete in the 100m and 200m sprint events, while Charjhil Hasan Khan Zidan will take part in the 200m and 400m sprint events. Bangladesh Athletics Federation’s joint secretary Farid Khan Chowdhury saw the athletics team off at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. The athletics team is expected to return home on October 18.
