Eid-e-Miladunnabi observed in dists

The holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi was observed in Bagerhat District Town and it’s all the nine Upazilas on Sunday marking the day of birth and passing away of Prophet Hazrat Mumammd (SM) with religious festivity and fervour.
On this day in 570, the 12th Rabiul Awal of the Hijri calendar, Muhammad (sm) was born in Mkkah with divine blessings and message of peace for man – kind. He also passed away on the same day.
On the occasion Bagerhat District Branch of Islamic Foundation, Bangladesh arranged a discussion meeting on the life and works of the Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (sm) and a Doa Mahfil in its auditorium. Besides this, discussions and Doa Mahfils were also held in the different mosques and educational institutions of the district town and its nine Upazilas.
Sylhet Bureau says : A Eid-e-Miladunnabi (Sm.) rally with religious fervor and festivity was brought out by Bangladesh Anjuman-E-Talamiz-E-Islamia in Sylhet city on Sunday.
Convener of the rally implementation committee Zahedur Rahman presided over and member secretary SM Monowar Hossain, member Kabir Ahmad and Kawshar Hamid Saju jointly conducted the pre-rally discussion meeting.
Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen MP attended the pre-rally discussion meeting as the chief guest.
Hazrat Maulana Hushamuddin Chowdhury Fultali President of Bangladesh Anjumane Al Islah, spoke as the special guest. Keynote speaker Central President of Talamije Islamia Sultan Ahmad.
Anjumane Al Islah Secretary General Maulana AKM Manoor Ali, Former Member of Parliament Alhajj Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury, Sylhet Business Oikya Kalyan Parishad President Alhajj Sheikh Makhan Mia, Bangladesh Nezame Islam Party President Advocate Maulana Abdur Rakib were present as guests of honor in the rally.
Kulaura (Moulvibazar) Correspondent reports : On the occasion of the holy Eid-e- Miladunnabi (PBUH), Bangladesh Anjumane Talamije Islamia, Kulaura Upazila branch organized a ‘mubarak rally’ on Sunday in Kulaura with the spontaneous participation of thousands of people.
Students from all walks of life gathered in the premises of Alalpur Attar Khan Hafizia Madrasa in the city from the morning to participate in the rally.
Khalifay Fultali Alhajj Hafiz Mohsin Khan Saheb inaugurated the programme and presided over by Upazila President Md. Ismail Hasan Shakeel and General Secretary Imran Ahmad, the chief guest spoke at the pre-rally discussion meeting , Moulvibazar District Al Islah Associate Organizing Secretary and Kulaura Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Kazi. Mawlana Fazlul Haque Khan Sahed was present there.
Saidpur (Nilphamari) Correspondent says: The largest procession of Eid -e- Miladunnabi (PBUH) in North Bengal and the second largest in the country was held at Saidpur in Nilphamari on Sunday . A rally left the Town’s railway grounds centrally and circled the town’s main thorough fare. Earlier in the morning, small rally from different localities came and gathered at the railway ground.
During the procession, thousands of people appeared at the railway ground with banners, festoons and flags decorated with Kalma. Later, the railway ground turned into a sea of people with the gathering of people of all ages. After the procession, a discussion meeting was organized at the railway ground. Pir Syed Kalim Ashraf Al Ashrafi from India was present as the Chief Guest in the procession and discussion. Faregh Maulana Muhibullah Siddiqui from Yemen spoke as a special guest. Member of Parliament, Nilphamari-4 Ahsan Adelur Rahman Adel, Upazila Awami League Vice President Engineer AKM Rasheduzzaman Rashed, Anjumane Gausia Saidpur Branch President Haji Noor Uddin, General Secretary Haji Taslim, Aftab Alam Zubair Emadi, Nadeem Ashrafi, Haider Emadi, Anwar Ashrafi and many others were present at the procession. The whole program was conducted by Khalid Azam Ashrafi, General Secretary of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat Saidpur branch.
It is noted that the Holy Miladunnabi of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is celebrated in Saidpur with due dignity and religious solemnity.
