3 students of BAUET receive Smart Women Entrepreneurship Grant

Three students of Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET) in Natore’s Kadirabad cantonment area, Sadika Tabassum, Farniba Fairoz Athina and Sumaiya Habib Zim have received the Smart Women Entrepreneurship Grant.
According to BAUET sources, the Smart Women Entrepreneur Grant Giving Program-2022 was organized at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center on last Thursday. On the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s 75th birth anniversary, a grant of Tk 50,000 has been given to 1,000 women entrepreneurs.
On this occasion, the meeting was chaired by the State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak and Speaker Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury MP was present as the chief guest. Besides, Senior Secretary of ICT Department NM Ziaul Alam, President of E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (E-CAB), Shami Kaiser, Founder and President of Women and E-Commerce (WE) Nasima Akhtar and others were present.
University Vice Chancellor Brigadier General Md. Mustafa Kamal congratulated and thanked the three students for receiving the Smart Women Entrepreneurship Grant.
