Biman introduces SMS for passengers

UNB, Dhaka :
Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd on Tuesday launched a short message service (SMS) for its passengers.
From now on, passengers of the national flag carrier will be informed about all related information, including a possible change in flight schedule, through SMS to their mobile phones, said a Biman press release.
The introduction of the new service will help reduce harassment of the passengers as it will enable them to arrive at airport on right time.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines and mobile operator Banglalink has earlier signed an agreement in this regard.
