Sweety dazzling in theatre plays

Celebrated model and actress Tanvin Sweety
once acted in Abu Sayeed’s movie ‘Banshi.’ Later, after passing many years, she couldn’t see to act
in any other movie. According to the actress, due to not liking story and character she did not work in any other movie. After taking many years’ break, she acted in three movies. These are: Jafrul-Shahin directed government granted movie ‘Mike,’ Nure Alam directed government granted children movie ‘Russell-er Jonnyo Opekkha’ and Anam Biswas directed web film ‘Dui Diner Duniya.’
In these three movies, Sweety played in three pivotal roles. But now the actress is also passing busy times with theatre play.
Recently she acted in Ramendu Majumdar directed play titled ‘Pohale Sharbari.’ She has already acted in several numbers of shows of this play on the stage. Basically Sweety is getting appreciation from the audience for acting in theatre play on the stage now.
Sweety informed that on September 3, she will act in a theatre play titled ‘Mukti’ and on September 23, she will again act in the show of ‘Pohale Sharbari.’ Theatre will produce these two plays. Tropa Majumdar is giving direction of drama ‘Mukti.’
Meanwhile, today is the birthday of Sweety. In fact, she has no special plan to celebrate her birthday. She will pass time with her husband Ripon. Sweety said, “As I am attached with the politics of Awami League, so I have to give more times with the political activities. I have to participate in party’s activities cordially. As acting is my main profession, so I have to manage time for it. I have already completed works of three movies. I have liked stories of these three movies. All the three directors gave direction of these movies cordially and sincerely. In movie ‘Russell-er Jonnyo Opekkha,’ I played the role of teacher of Sheikh Russell. I have really liked this character.”
However, Sweety is also acting in Banglavision’s ongoing mega serial ‘Gulshan Avenue Season-2,’ directed by Nima Rahman. She is also getting response from the viewers for acting in this mega serial, said the actress.
