Sweety in new movie Mike

Tanvin Sweety is a noted TV actress and model of the country.
In her long time career in showbiz, despite working in many TV dramas and serials and also performing as model in TVCs Sweety was always choosy in case of acting in movie. For this reason, after passing many years in showbiz, she first acted in Abu Sayeed directed movie, Banshi, which was released on February 29 in 2008. Sweety played the central role in the movie. Later, she passed many years without acting in any movie. During these years she got many offers for acting in big screen. But she could not work. After taking a long time break, Sweety acted in Kamruzzaman’s movie The Director and Shamim Ahmed Roni’s movie August 1975. This time Sweety on Thursday announced that for the first time she is acting opposite
popular actor Ferdous in a movie titled Mike. FM Shahin and Hasan Jafrul Bipul are giving direction of this government-grant
children movie. Sweety informed that in the movie, she will be seen to play the role of wife of Ferdous. While sharing her feelings
to work in this movie, Sweety said, “It is true that many good story based movies are being made now. I never said I would not work in movie. When I get good story based movie I will surely act. I have liked story of Mike. Story of this movie focuses on post-1975 time period. I hope it will become a nice film. I give thanks to Bani Yasmin Hashi for her cordialness.” Sweety acted opposite late Salman Shah in NA Khokon directed telefilm Swapner Prithibi. After death of Salman Shah, Ferdous got the scope to cast in his role in Chhotku Ahmed’s movie, Buker Bhetor Agun. From that point of view, after 26 years viewers will get the opportunity to watch Sweety and Ferdous as
a pair in the big screen. Sweety is very much excited in this regard.
