2 accused shown arrested

Two more accused of Chattogram’s sensational Mahmuda Khanam Mitu murder case have been shown arrested.
The accused are Motalem Mia alias Wasim and Md Anwar. They are now behind the bars.
Chattogram Metropolitan Magistrate Sarwar Jahan on Sunday passed the order following a petition filed by the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI).
Inspector Santosh Kumar Chakma, investigation officer of the case, said Wasim and Anwar were arrested in the case filed by Mitu’s husband police superintendent Babul Akter. Now, they have been shown arrested in the new case filed by Mitu’s father.
