Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Ltd declares 4pc cash dividend

The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited was held on Thursday through a virtual platform.
In absence of Abdul Awal Mintoo, Chairman of the company A K M Rafiqul Islam, Director of the Company, presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by a good number of Shareholders.
Considering the financial benefit the company declared 4 percent cash dividend for the financial period ended on June 30, 2020.
The shareholders of the company approved all agenda of the meeting accordingly.
Among others, A T M Ahmedur Rahman, Md Jalalul Azim, Md Mahboob Ahmed and the Company Secretary (Acting) Mehedi Hasan were also present in the meeting.
