National Men’s Baseball Police, Ansar, SKSP, Community Sports Club in semis

Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Ansar, SKSP of Sirajganj and Community Sports Club reached the semis of the 7th Walton National Men’s Baseball Championship on Wednesday.
Bangladesh Police blanked DCC Baseball Club by 11-0 points, while Bangladesh Ansar drubbed SSC by 10-0 points, Community Sports Club defeated Sand Angel Club by 5-2 points and SKSP of Sirajganj crushed Dhaka District team by 14-0 points to move into the semifinals at the Paltan Ground, which is adjacent to the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
Earlier, Executive Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn inaugurated the baseball competition by releasing the balloons as the chief guest. General Secretary of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association Aminul Islam Liton delivered the address of welcome.
Today Bangladesh Police will face SKSP of Sirajganj in the first semi-final at the Paltan Ground, while Bangladesh Ansar will meet Community Sports Club in the second semi-final at the same venue.
