Bangladesh Army will take on Narail district today in the final of the Walton Motorcycle 4th National Rugby Competition at the Paltan Maidan. The match kicks-off at 4.30 pm.
Bangladesh Army moved to the final when they blanked Gazipur district by 63-0 points in the first semifinal at the same venue on Sunday last.
Narail district reached the final when they overwhelmed Chittagong district by 20-3 points in the second semifinal at the same venue on Monday last.
Meanwhile, Chittagong district finished third when they thrashed Gazipur district by 24-10 points in a place-deciding match at the same venue on Tuesday.
Chittagong led the first half 12-0.
After the final match Secretary of National Sports Council Shivnath Roy will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Additional Director of Walton FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, Adviser (Administration) of ATN Bangla Mir Md Motahar Hasan, Chairperson of Great Actor Manna Foundation Shelly Manna will be with him as special guests.
