Bhutan Amateur Golf Bangladesh emerge team, individual champions

Bangladesh emerged champions in the individual and team event of the Bhutan Amateur Gold Championship that concluded on Sunday at the Royal Thimphu Golf Club in Thimpu.
Bangladeshi golfer Mohammad Sajib Ali clinched the individual title while Bangladesh national golf team, comprising Mohammad Nazim, Sajib Ali, Mohammad Ismail and Mohammad Sagar, lifted the team event title of the three-nation meet.
A total of 100 golfers, from four Bhutanese teams, two Bangladesh teams and one Nepalese team, took part in the four-day meet that began on Sept 7.
