Mother, son held with 4000 Yabas

One women drug peddler alongwith her son detained by police from Chattogram new railway station area with 4000 pieces of intoxicated yaba tablets yesterday. Sensing the information of carrying the yaba by the woman, police conducted raid instantly in front of Hotel Manila adjoing railway station managed to apprehend them early morning. These drug peddlers identified as Marjina Begum(50), wife of Harunur Rashid and her son Kauser Ahmed Tuhin(26) and these drug peddlers are the dwellers of Banasree area of Dhaka. Senior Asstt. Police commissioner of CMP Novel Chakma told the media persons that Marjina earlier in 2016 also ar rested with 8000 pieces of yaba under Shampur thana area of Dhaka. They are shouldering two drug trafficking case before the Rampura Thana and Shampur thana.
