One of the promising singers of present time Zinia Zafrin Luipa, hailed from Bogura, has been listening popular songs of noted Bangladeshi and Indian singers from her childhood. To listen their songs, she started to love these songs. Chitra Singh is one of them. Luipa has rendered song of this famous singer this time. Chitra Singh’s most popular song titled Aamar Chokher Joler Majhey was released on YouTube channel of Ceylon Music Lounge on Sunday. Luipa has rendered the song. Luipa’s rendering style impressed the music-lovers. Pulak Bandyopadhyay wrote lyrics of the song while Jagjit Singh composed its music. Bappa Mazumder has re-arranged music of the song.
While talking about rendering the song Luipa said, “When Bappada requested me to render the song I agreed without any hesitation. From the very beginning I have been listening Ceylon Music Lounge. So, I agreed to render the song. However, I did not render Chitra Singh’s any song earlier. But Bappada co-operated me a lot while rendering the song. I am grateful to him.”
