One more dies of dengue: 210 hospitalised

A man died of dengue in Khulna while 210 other dengue-infected people were hospitalised across the country in 24 hours till Thursday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abdus Sattar, 55, of Tala upazila in Satkhira.
Dr Sailendranath Biswash, resident medical officer of Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH), said Sattar was admitted to the hospital around 1:50 pm on Thursday and he died around 3:40pm.
Of the new dengue patients, 74 were hospitalised in Dhaka.
The Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research has reviewed 171 cases out of 248 suspected dengue deaths and confirmed death of 107 people.
