Final round of debate competition held at Raozan

The final round of the fourth Inter-School & Madrasha Debate competition was held at Raozan FK Chowdhury Auditorium on Sunday morning with Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Jonaid Kabir Sohag in the chair.
Central Boys of Raozan organized the Debating Competition for the 4th consecutive period duly assisted by the Upazila administration . 14 schools & madrashas of Raozan upazila participated in the debate. In final round, Raozan Govt High school and the Gohira High School participated.
 The theme of the debate was Social Awareness against drugs and the Govt initiatives to control the abuse of drugs. Gohira school was in favour of social awareness and the opposite was Raozan Govt High School. Gohira High School clinches champion in the debate and the Raozan Govt high school was runners up.
 Md. Faraz Karim Chowdhury, founder of Central Boys of Raozan and path finder of young generations graced the occasion as chief guest. He emphasised the theme of Future Bangladesh, Juveniles Bangladesh and called upon the young generation to go ahead with new ideas and concepts leaving old concepts.
He said the talent students of the area will lead the country with new initiatives rather political concepts Organising secretary of CBR Moinuddin Jamal Chisti conducted the final round of the debate.
Noted writer and researchers Prof. Dr. Masum Chowdhury was the principal speaker in it. Senior vice President of Raozan AL Anowarul Islam ,Panel Mayor Bashiruddin Khan, Raozan Jubo League President & Panel Mayor-2 Md. Zamiruddin Parvez and EC member of Ametchar Boxing Federation Sumon Dey were present in it as special guests.
President of CBR Saidul Islam delivered address of welcome in it, a CBR sources said. All UP chairmen, councilors, UP members and the conscious people of the society attended the debate.
