Lightning kills two teen-agers in Cox’s Bazar

Two persons were killed and another injured in lightning strike in Maheshkhali Upazila of the district on Monday.
The deceased were identified as Osman Ghani, 13, son of Sarwar Alam, and Sadia Akter, 12, daughter of Abdul Jabbar. Both of them were residents of Moulvikata area. Thunderbolt struck Osman when he was grazing a goat in a field and Sadia along with her sister Saima were playing in the same place around 5pm, leaving two dead on the spot and Saima critically injured.
