Nipun, Riaz, Poppy’s web series Garden Game

For the first time, National Film Award winner actors Riaz and Nipun will be seen acting in a web series. They will be sharing screen space with Popy, another National Film Award winner actress, in the web series, titled Garden Game. Directed by Touhid Mitul, the web series has been made yesterday. It will be aired on the occasion of coming Pahela Baishakh on Bioscope, a video on-demand streaming service. The shooting of Garden Game took place at various beautiful locations of Sylhet.
While talking about working in his first web series, Riaz said, “The story of the web series is really amazing. However, I think, before production, the whole team should have chalked out a plan in advance and then executed it accordingly. By doing so, work can be done swiftly and the artistes don’t have to face such distress. Proper coordination is a must for getting good work.”
Talking about the production of her first web series, Nipun told this correspondent, “The story is really beautiful. I agreed to work in this project because of the story. The cast and locations are both great. However, it was not made the way it had been said. If it had been made that way, it would have been one of the finest web series till now.”
Having earlier worked in a web series, this is Popy’s second web series. She said, “After returning from Kolkata, I came to Sylhet for shooting the very next day. As a result of this, I couldn’t see Tele Samad for the last time. May Allah Almighty grant him Jannat.”
