Blood in February not for personal gain

February is here. Palash flowers are blooming with fiery red colours. It is the month in which the streets became red with the blood of our sons who did not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for their mother language. We remember them with deep gratitude and reverence, may they have eternal peace.
Nowadays we also see bloods of people on the streets who are the victims of accidents. So many accidents are taking place every day killing a great number of people. Murder has become a routine affair, no one is safe anywhere.
Our law-enforcing agents should be more careful about people’s safety in roads. They must not be busy only to increase their own benefits and other amenities. What an unfortunate nation we are!
