Wife strangled to death by husband in Ashulia

A wife was strangled to death by his husband at Jamgora area of Ashulia on Thursday night.
Husband Ripon, 32, escaped from the place after killing. On information police recovered deceased dead body.
The deceased was identified as Rina Akter, 24 daughter of Giyas uddin, boat para of dhamur hat of Naogaon district.
Deceased brother said, Rina got married with Ripon 10 years ago. They were living in Jamgora area and worked in a RMG factory . About 6 months ago Ripon got 2nd marriage without informing Rina. Following that family dispute has been continuing with them. Over this dispute on Thursday afternoon Ripon strangled her to death .
Md. Akteruzzaman, Sub-Inspector of Ashulia Police Station, confirming the matter said deceased body was sent to morgue for autopsy. A case was filed in this connection.
