Freshers’ reception held at CU

A freshers’ reception and farewell programme of Botany Department of Chittagong University (CU) was held on Wednesday.
Prof DR Ifterkhar Uddin Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of was present as the Chief Guest during the occasion while Pro Dr Shirin AKter, Pro -VC was present as the special guest, said a press release.
Presided over by Prof Dr Mahabubur Rahman, Chairman of the Department the programme also addressed by Prof M Kamrul Huda (Acting Registrar) Prof Dr M Atiqur Rahman, Prof Dr M Abdul Gafur, Prof Dr Mokter Ahmed, Prof Dr Harun-ur-Rashid, the press release added.
Three students also get crest for their outstanding result on graduation during the occasion.
