Lathiful Khabira :
Bangladesh is the small country of South Asia, which has crossed her 46th birthday and nearly going to celebrate the golden jubilee. But unfortunately she has not achieved her desirable democracy for which they faced a terrible bloodshed.
Each and every public office is largely corrupted while general people are highly frustrated regarding job issue. Moreover, the increasing wages of the govt. service holders are the consequence of high producing rate causes the pangs of death for general people as maximum of our people have to depend on private job .It seems that we are trying to hide our misery by overlapping our few achievements. Undoubtedly the people of Bangladesh feel proud for Padda Bridge, enlarger sea border and enhancement of frontier. But we cannot escape the shame of Hallmark scandal, question leakage before different public exams mainly even when it occurs before P.S.C .Considering pupil’s tender age, it is country’s duty to teach them morals .But unfortunately the country is doing the opposite .By leaking questions we are providing chance to see the dark side of the society to our pupils which can be considered as the worst judgment of the society .It teaches them if they do not follow the dark way they cannot achieve their aims.
Bangladesh is a small country with a high possibility. We have natural gas, well-established garments production and so many man power who can pave the way of country’s development radically. But because of misusage of impression of different power loving people mass people cannot cross their border of voice. Secondly from the opinion of chief Justice it is also clear that our democracy has not crossed yet it’s primary age which never ensures the demand of mass people. Bangladesh is waiting for use of better democracy which has already established in the many 1st world countries.
Another obstacle of this country is the malpractice of student politics .Even students have to do politics for silly issues, for instance, to have a seat in the hall. Democracy basically relies on the democratic government and it’s opposite parties.
Have they followed the all rules of democracy in their respective parties? It is a major issue that from political party leaders to general people, each and everybody of our country is interested in hankering after power for which true democracy has just banished out from country and from so many institutions whose responsibility can neither be denied by the governments and the general people.
So, all should work for mass people’s interest keeping aloof from the personal interests.
