Farewell function of Southern University held

Farewell reception of the Civil Engineering Department of the Southern University , Chittagong was held on Friday evening at its auditorium with Prof Engr M Ali Ashraf in the chair.
State Minister for Land Saifuzzaman Chowhury MP graced the occasion as chief guest. Among others, Vice chancellor of the SU Dr. Md. Nurul Mostaza Prof. Engr. Mozzamel Hoaque, Dean Prof.Dr. Shariufuzaman and deans of other faculties and head o f departments, teachers were present on the occasion.
The founder o f the university Sarwar Jahan in his brief deliverations urges the students to built their carriers at home and abroad after successful completion of acadmic courses .
He also urges the students to build themselves as a skilled manpower of the country. A publication of the Engr Department was unfolded after discussions , sources said.
