Two killed in road accident
Chittagong Bureau :
Two people were killed in separate road accident in two upazilas of the district on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Jahir Raihan, 50, Constable of Traffic Police, hailed from Noakhali and M Hridoy, 14, hailed from Monsurabad. Zahirul Haq, Officer-in-Charge of Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) Police outpost confirmed the news.
He said this morning a speedy truck smashed Jahir Raihan while he was on his duty at Chatori Chowmuhoni under Anwara upazila at around 9:00 am.
