Independence Day marathon tomorrow

The Independence Day marathon marking the Independence Day will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 7 am in the city, said a press release.
About 200 men and 100 women athletes, sports lovers, sports organizers and other from all walks of life would participate in the marathon that begins at Army Stadium and conclude Bangabandhu National Stadium after passing through Mohakhali rail crossing, Jahangir gate, Firmgate, Shahbagh, Doyel Chattar Secretariats and zero point.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder is expected to present in the marathon as chief guest and distribute the prizes. Deputy Minister on Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy, NRB Commercial Bank chairman engineer Farasat Ali will present as special guests.
