Sonia Hossain’s first TVC of this year

Last year Sonia Hossain passed busy times with acting, hosting and modeling. This year she has totally concentrated on hosting. For this reason, she is hosting special programmes most of the time. Though she performed as a model in different TV commercials last year but this year she did not work.
This year for the first time Sonia performed as a model in a TVC. This week she has performed as a model in a TVC of a multinational company’s stove. Shipon has made the TVC. Shooting of the TVC was done in the city’s Coke Studio at Tejgaon recently. To perform in the TVC, she had to take part in shooting for 18 hours at a time.
While talking about her new TVC Sonia told this correspondent, “I have worked in the TVC cordially. I took part in its shooting for 18 hours at a time. Though I have to remain every scene of the TVC so I couldn’t get leisure time,; in fact, I wanted a good work. Director, performers, unit members – everybody were very much cooperative. Within very short days the TVC will go on air in different satellite channels.”
Last year Sonia performed as a model in a TVC of chocolate. On the occasion of coming Eid, Sonia will work in a faction play under Mabrur Rashid Bannah’s direction. Therefore, she will also work in other plays for Eid.
After staying in London for several years Sonia returned to Bangladesh few years ago.
After returning home she acted in Raj’s serial Dost Dushmon and Adnan Al Rajib’s faction play Middle Class Sentiment. In small screen, her acted first play was Gias Uddin Selim’s Premey Porar Golpo. Intekhab Dinar was her co-actor. Sonia acted only movie was Alvi Ahmed’s U-Turn. Shipon Mitra worked against her in the film. She is now hosting Desh TV’s magazine Suranjoli.
