Emon Saha’s two decades as music director in films

Satya Saha is one of the glitter stars in music arena. Emon Saha is his son who has already received the National Film Award for four times as a music director-composer. He has been working sincerely with music in film arena from 1998.
Under his composition many popular songs were composed. Many singers of Bangladesh first gave their voices under the composition of Emon Saha. He has already established a separate position in the country’s play-back arena. So he has to be engaged with music composition every day.
Now Emon Saha has been engaged with composition in different movies like Badrul Anam Soud’s Gohin Baluchar, Nader Chowdhury’s Meyeti Ekhon Kothai Jabey? Shamim Ahmed Roni’s Dhyaterika, Jakir Hossain Raju’s Premi O Premi, Wahiduzzaman Diamond’s Shesh Kotha, Shah Alam Mondal’s Shadakalo Prem and Apon Manush, Animesh Aich’s Bhoyonkor Sundor, Debashish Biswas’s Tej, Bulbul Biswas’s Rajneeti, etc.
From today Emon will be engaged with music composition of Montazur Rahman Akbar’s new movie titled Dulabhai Jindabad. Emon has already worked in 300 movies till now.
While talking about his career Emon said, “Now the overall situation of our film industry has improved. As an example, I can say recently released movie Premi O Premi which music has already attracted the viewers. If we look back five years we can easily differentiate the improvement.”
Along with his father Emon Saha first jointly worked in Shah Alam Kiron’s movie Churiwala. In 1998, through Gazi Mazharul Anwar directed movie Poradhin Emon first worked as a music director where Polash and Dithi Anwar gave their voices for first time.
