Orientation of ELL held at IIUC

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. AKM Azharul Islam attended as chief guest at an orientation Ceremony at IIUC and said that knowledge of the English language is necessary to seriously study English in all spheres of knowledge gives a man a professional and personal Progress in life.English knowledge paved the way for higher education.
Vice Chancellor said this in an orientation Ceremony at permanent campus on Friday morning at the Conference hall of IIUC in Kumira. English Language and Literature (ELL), organised by the fall semester, 2016 of the Masters (preliminary and final) orientation program for new students as the chief guest.
Head of the Department of English Language and Literature, Mohammad Iftekhar Uddin spoke as special guests at this event, Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mohammad Delwar Hossain, a member of the Board of trusties Mowlana Mominul Haque Chowdhury and Professor of the Department of English Language and Literature Muhammad Humayun Kabir delivered as welcome speech, ELL co-ordinator of the Master’s Program and Assistant Professor Mohammad Iqbal Hossain. Spoke in favor of newcomer students, sajrul Yaqeen, Ayesha Sumaiya, Muntasir Mahmud and Abu Hanif also spoke on the Ceremony.
The program was conducted by Assistant Professor of the Department of ELL Assistant Prof Dr Muhammad Azizul haque. AKM Azharul Islam added that, to make life worthy English learning is very important. The main language is English for global learning. So the focus of education in the English language must give priority. Wealth can be taken away, but knowledge can not be taken away he added.
Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr.Md Delwar Hossain said, there is a lack of quality English teaching is still the best teacher. You can not walk in this world without the knowledge of English in the world. He said ,job market is much more demandable for English.
Special guest IIUC Trust, a founding member of the Board of Trusties Maulana Mominul Haque Chowdhury said,eternal values of the university is to provide tailored education. He mentioned the benefits of education are integrated generation.
Special guest of the Department of English Language and Literature Professor Muhammad Humayun Kabir said, there is a coordinated effort to restore the reputation of this university. He also stressed on the retention success university sources said.
