Mr. Trump, realise your mistakes please
The United States presidential election of 2016, scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2016, will be the 58th quadrennial US presidential election. Voters will select presidential electors who in turn will elect a new President and Vice-President through the Electoral College. The 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents the incumbent President, Barack Obama, of the Democratic Party, from being elected for the third term.
The party’s delegates officially nominate a candidate to run on the party’s behalf. The general election in November is also an indirect election, where voters cast ballots for a slate of members of the Electoral College; and these electors in turn directly elect the President and Vice-President.
Donald Trump, almost certain to get the Republican nomination for the US Presidency, has threatened of expelling all the Muslims from the USA and to close all the Mosques if he wins the US Presidency in November. I do not know whether it is possible or not, but I think that he is misguided by the ignorant about Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (SM).
On this regard, let me take an opportunity to highlight the aims and objectives of Islam in this column of the paper. Islam aims at establishing such a society where no man shall exploit another, justice will prevail everywhere, women shall be installed in the throne of honour, ethics and morality will drive away evil and indecency from the family as well as social life.
Historian Leonardo said, if anyone in this world has seen God and if anyone in this world has done good to mankind, he is none but Muhammad. Josephine Hale said, Muhammad was such a personality in absence of whom the world would have remained incomplete. He is comparable with himself only.
Now I hope that Mr. Trump will realise his mistake and make the Muslims part of the American as well as the world peace.
