Satkhira emerge zonal champions

Satkhira District emerged Khulna zone champions in the Inter-District Men’s Volleyball Championship beating Khulna District by 3-1 sets in the zonal final at Narail District Stadium on Tuesday.
Both the finalists-champions Satkhira and runners-up Khulna-earned the right to play in the final round of the Championship to be held in Dhaka alongside defending champions Narail District.
State Minister for Public Administration Ministry Ismat Ara Sadique, MP was the chief guest in the day’s zonal final and later he distributed the prizes. Deputy Commissioner of Narail District Helal Mohammad Sharif was also present on the occasion as special guest.
