A discussion meeting was held on agricultural at Chakjoykrishnapur Government Primary School of Sadar Union of the upazila on Saturday. It is known that this program is being implemented under the Global Labor Program (GLP) Power Project with the funding of USAID, the implementation of Pragya Solutions and the Bangladesh Pragati Sangstha (BPS) partner NGO.
Chakjoykrishnapur Agricultural Association President Saiful Islam held the discussion with agricultural workers by BPS partner NGO researcher Reshma Khatun. At this time, Md. Mohsin Ali, the coordinator of the organization, discussed the goals and objectives of the project. This project will be implemented in Rajshahi Division till September 30, 2026.
In this regard, BPS executive director brave freedom fighter Md. Karim Baksha said, with USAID funding, Pragya Solution’s implementation and BPS as a partner NGO from April 1, 2023, GLP ) is implementing in Power Project.
Through this project, the work of this project is to realize the rights of the agricultural and fishing workers in the area, to get the right price for their labor and to mediate in getting the workers’ facilities.
