IDLCOM Online Ltd declares 5pc Cash, 5pc Stock Dividend at 29th AGM

IDLCOM Online Ltd has declared a 5 per cent cash dividend and a 5 per cent stock dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2025, subject to the consent of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
The company announced the dividend at its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held virtually on Thursday (18 December 2025) at 10:30am using a digital platform. The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the company, Mr Wahidul Haque Siddiqui.
Directors of the company, including Mrs Qurratul Ann Siddiqui and Md Shafiqul Alam, along with independent directors Das Deba Prashad and Air Vice Marshal Md Zahidur Rahman (retd), attended the AGM. Managing Director Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Nazrul Islam (retd), Chief Financial Officer Iraker Ahmed, FCA, and a large number of shareholders also joined the meeting online.
At the AGM, shareholders approved the audited financial statements, auditors’ report and directors’ report for the financial year 2024-25.
The declaration of dividends reflects the company’s performance during the year ended June 30, 2025, and is subject to regulatory approval.
