A new committee of Feni Press Club was formed on Sunday. Jashim Uddin Mahmud (Dainik Digital Somoy ) and S M Yousuf Ali (the News Today ) were elected President and General Secretary of the club respectively.
Club Former General Secretary and Election Commissioner N N Jibon announced the 21-member executive committee at a general meeting held at a restaurant in Feni town.
Other office-bearers are: Vice President Shihab Uddin Ahmad Liton (The New Nation ) , Roksana Siddiki ( Dainik Somosamoik Protidin ) , Assistant General Secretary Kafi Didar (Bijoy TV) and Kazi Habib Ullah Sumon (Asian TV) , Treasurer- Shahdat Hosain (Dainik Protidiner Sangbad) , Office -Secretary- Aminul Islam Choudhury, (My Tv) , Publicity Secretary Mijanur Rahman ( Dainik Khaborpotro ) , Sports Secretary- Omar Faruque ( Daily Sakaler Somoy ) , Literature Secretary Safi Ullah, Social Welfare Secretary- Hasan Mahmud (daily Ajkaler Khabor ) , Publication Secretary -Rafiqul Islam ( Dainik Amader Kantho) and ICT Secretary M Sharif Bhuyan (Ajker Somoy) and Religious Secretary- Ahsan Ullah (Channel S).
