The drain located next to houses No. 30 to 37 of this area is an important part of the drainage system of the area. Due to lack of excavation and depth in the drain, waterlogging occurs in light rains.

As a result of which the local people have to suffer constantly. Therefore, he commented that it is necessary to take quick steps to solve the problem.

Earlier, the young political fellows of the 24th batch of DIA conducted a public signature gathering program to create awareness among the people of the Muncipara area to resolve waterlogging. Along with this, on 30th May 2024, a memorandum was issued to the councilor of the ward to remove the waterlogging in the Munsipara area.
