Secretary of Road, Transport and Highways Division Ministry A B M Amin Ullah Nuri was inaugurated the Rapid Pass service on BRTC buses through Dhaka-Narayanganj route organized by Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) at Gulistan, Dhaka on Wednesday.
Chairman of BRTC Md Tajul Islam and Executive Director of DTCA Sabiha Parveen and others were also present on the occasion.
Chairman BRTC said that, we are working for building smart Bangladesh as per the instructions of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
For this reason, Rapid Pass is being launched in BRTC.
The Executive Director of DTCA said that passengers will be able to travel without any hassle through the Rapid Pass.
A B M Amin Ullah Nuri said that, we are working to introduce rapid pass in Metrorail and BRTC buses as well as private transport with rapid pass card.
BRTC went one step further as a partner in building Smart Bangladesh.
