BNP organises doa across country for Khaleda’s recovery

BNP has organized a nationwide prayers for the return of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman and the recovery of party chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
The dua was held after Jumma prayers on Friday. The party shared this information in a notification issued on Thursday night.
The notification said that on Friday, for the recovery of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in the capital, and on the occasion of the return of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman and his family after a long 17 years.
The Bangladesh Nationalist Party held prayers after Jumma prayers in mosques across the country, including Dhaka. Meanwhile, Bogura district BNP on Friday organised a doa mahfil seeking recovery of party chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and marking the return of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman to the country after 17 years.
The doa mahfil was held after Jumma prayers at the Baitur Rahman Central Mosque in the district, said District BNP Vice President and Public Prosecutor Advocate Abdul Bashed.
Leaders and activists of BNP and its associate bodies, along with local devotees, participated in the programme.
