Mercantile Bank holds training on sustainable green financing

Mercantile Bank Training Institute (MBTI) recently organized a training programmed on “Sustainable and Green financing” to strengthen participants’ knowledge, practical skills and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Managing Director Mati Ul Hasan attended the programme as chief guest, while Deputy Managing Director and CCO Shah Md Sohel Khurshid was present as special guest.

The session was chaired by S M Salim Uddin, head of training and development.

The speakers included Bangladesh Bank Sustainable Finance Department Joint Directors Md Kamrul Hasan and Md Abu Rayhan, along with MBPLC Consultant Badrudduza Choudhury.

A total of 39 officials from different branches and divisions of the bank took part in the training programme.
