Standard Islami Bank holds program on ‘Siyam and Taqwa

Standard Islami Bank PLC organised a virtual knowledge sharing program on `Siyam and Taqwa: Professional Excellence and Shariah Compliance’ for its employees, according to a press release.

On Wednesday, the Acting Managing Director of the bank, Md. Siddiqur Rahman, inaugurated the program as the Chief Guest.

The objective of this four-session program is to ensure ethics and Shariah compliance in banking, alongside guiding personal life through the knowledge of Taqwa and the teachings of Siyam.

The Shariah Secretariat Division of the Bank, in association with Standard IslamiBank Learning Center is conducting this program via the online platform Zoom.
