Content creator Mahua in extreme controversy about mother-in-law’s death

Indian content creator Mahua Gangopadhyay has faced widespread criticism on social media for making a video (vlog) about the death and last rites of her mother-in-law. Netizens are angry

at behaviour of this woman, who is known through the Facebook page and YouTube channel called ‘Probase Ghorkonna’.

Many have called the act of turning on camera in a moment of grief, recording videos and sharing them simply a ‘money-making addiction’.

Two days ago, a detailed video was posted on Mahua’s channel, including body of her mother-in-law, crying in front of it, and funeral procession. Soon after the video was published, it went viral on social media and fierce criticism began.
